Supreme Court

The Supreme Court received a total of 12,363 new cases in 2023. A total of 12,266 cases were disposed of in the same period.  The clearance rate in 2023 for the total number of cases filed (i.e. the total number of cases disposed of in 2023 expressed as a percentage of the total number of cases filed in 2023) was 99%.
