Note

This section only covers maintenance applications filed via the Integrated Family Application Management System (iFAMS) for maintenance of wife, incapacitated husband and children (Part 8) and enforcement of maintenance orders (Part 9) of the Women’s Charter. It does not cover maintenance orders made as part of a divorce or guardianship case.
