View the Practice Directions of the Supreme Court, State Courts, Family Justice Courts and Singapore International Commercial Court, including amendments.

The Supreme Court Practice Directions 2021 and State Courts Practice Directions 2021 were published on 1 December 2021 and 2 December 2021 respectively and will come into operation at the same time as the Rules of Court 2021 on 1 April 2022. The new Practice Directions are to be read with the new Rules of Court 2021.
