Singapore International Commercial Court Practice Directions

The Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC) Practice Directions were first issued on 1 January 2015. The SICC Practice Directions comprise 23 parts and are a self-contained set of procedural guidelines regulating all proceedings in the SICC. All users of the SICC are expected to comply with the SICC Practice Directions.

The SICC Practice Directions may be amended from time to time to cater to the needs of the SICC and its users. Amendments to the SICC Practice Directions are issued by way of amendment notifications.
