Code of Ethics

All foreign lawyers registered under section 36P of the Legal Profession Act 1966 and law experts registered under section 36PA of the Legal Profession Act 1966 must comply with the Code of Ethics set out in the First Schedule to the Legal Profession (Representation in Singapore International Commercial Court) Rules.

Complaints relating to registered foreign lawyers and registered law experts will be dealt with in accordance with the procedures set out in Part 3 of the Legal Profession (Representation in Singapore International Commercial Court) Rules.
