Amendment No. 3 of 2021

Amendment No. 3 of 2021 of the Singapore International Commercial Court Practice Directions contains amendments to Parts I and XXIII of the Singapore International Commercial Court Practice Directions. The amendments are summarised below: 

1. amendments to paragraph 2, on the interpretation of words and phrases; and
2. amendments to paragraph 152, on costs.

The amendments will take effect on 28 June 2021.
