Amendment No. 2 of 2022

Amendment No. 2 of 2022 contains amendments to Parts I and XXII and Appendix A of the Singapore International Commercial Court Practice Directions. The amendments are summarised below:

amendments to paragraph 2, on interpretation;
introduction of a new paragraph 142A, on applications that may be made either to the Court or the Court of Appeal; and
deletion of Appendix A, on Service Bureau.

The amendments will take effect on 1 August 2022 and will be reflected at https://www.judiciary.gov.sg/news-and-resources/sicc-practice-directions from 1 August 2022.
