Amendment No. 1 of 2021

Amendment No. 1 of 2021 of the Singapore International Commercial Court Practice Directions contains amendments to Parts XIX, and XXII and Appendix B. The amendments are summarised below:

1. an amendment to paragraph 123, on the documents to be in electronic format;
2. an amendment to paragraph 124, on the creation and filing of bundles;
3. an amendment to paragraph 149B, on applications before the Court of Appeal;
4. amendments to Form 25, on submissions for application for leave to appeal against a decision of the General Division/Singapore International Commercial Court (Applicant); and
5. amendments to Form 26, on submissions for application for leave to appeal against a decision of the General Division/Singapore International Commercial Court (Respondent).

The amendments will take effect on 30 April 2021. The amendments set out at sub-paragraphs (c) to (e) of paragraph 1 above will apply to applications filed on or after 30 April 2021.
