Singapore Courts calendar

The Honourable the Chief Justice has directed that the Legal Year 2023 will commence on Monday, 9 January 2023 and end on Friday, 1 December 2023. The Supreme Court mid-year court vacation will be from Monday, 29 May 2023 to Friday, 23 June 2023 and the year-end court vacation will be from Monday, 4 December 2023 to Friday, 5 January 2024. 

The State Courts and Family Justice Courts mid-year Hearing Break will start on Monday, 5 June 2023 and end on Friday, 9 June 2023 and the year-end Hearing Break will start on Monday, 4 December 2023 and end on Friday, 8 December 2023.

The Honourable the Chief Justice has directed that the Legal Year 2022 will commence on Monday, 10 January 2022 and end on Friday, 2 December 2022. The Supreme Court mid-year court vacation will be from Monday, 30 May 2022 to Friday, 24 June 2022 and the year-end court vacation will be from Monday, 5 December 2022 to Friday, 6 January 2023. 

The State Courts and Family Justice Courts mid-year Hearing Break will start on Monday, 6 June 2022 and end on Friday, 10 June 2022 and the year-end Hearing Break will start on Monday, 5 December and end on Friday, 9 December 2022.

The Honourable the Chief Justice has directed that the Legal Year 2021 will commence on Monday, 11 January 2021 and end on Friday, 3 December 2021. The mid-year court vacation will be from Monday, 31 May 2021 to Friday, 25 June 2021 and the year-end court vacation will be from Monday, 6 December 2021 to Friday, 7 January 2022.

The Honourable the Chief Justice has directed that the Legal Year 2020 will commence on Monday, 6 January 2020 and end on Friday, 4 December 2020. There will be no mid-year court vacation. The year-end court vacation will be from Monday, 7 December 2020 to Friday, 8 January 2021.
