Registrar's Circular No. 9 2024
1. The Guide on the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence Tools by Court Users (the “Guide”) sets out general principles and guidance in relation to the use of generative artificial intelligence tools in Court proceedings.
2. The Guide applies to all matters in the State Courts with effect from 1 October 2024.
