Appointment of President of the Singapore International Commercial Court.

Justice Philip Antony Jeyaretnam, Judge of the High Court, will be appointed as President of the Singapore International Commercial Court with effect from 2 January 2023, pursuant to section 18B(1) of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1969.
