Change of name of judge of the High Court

It is notified for general information that Justice Aedit Abdullah, Judge of the High Court, will be referred to as Justice Aidan Xu @ Aedit Abdullah from 1 October 2024.

2 To avoid doubt, any document filed in or issued by the Court on or after 1 October 2024 may identify Justice Aedit Abdullah as Justice Aidan Xu @ Aedit Abdullah, even if the document relates to a hearing that took place before that date.
