Family Justice Courts Therapeutic Justice Model

The Therapeutic Justice Model of the Family Justice Courts (“TJ Model”) seeks to further integrate Therapeutic Justice (“TJ”) into our family justice system.

2. The TJ Model applies to all matrimonial applications commenced under Part 10 of the Women’s Charter 1961. It is to be read together with Part IIIA of the Family Justice Courts Practice Directions 2015 and Part 7I of the Family Justice Courts Practice Directions 2024.
