Designation of district judge as tribunal judge of the Community Disputes Resolution Tribunals and Protection from Harassment Court Judge for the Protection from Harassment Court.

It is hereby notified for general information that the Presiding Judge of the State Courts has, pursuant to section 14(1)(b) of the Community Disputes Resolution Act 2015 (No.7 of 2015) and section 16E(1)(b) of the Protection from Harassment Act (Cap 256, 2015 Rev Ed), designated the District Judge named in the Schedule to be tribunal judge of the Community Disputes Resolution Tribunals and Protection from Harassment Court Judge for the Protection from Harassment Court with effect from 1^st August 2021.
