Registrar's Circular No. 7 2020

Manual filing of applications under Part 3, Division 2 of the Protection from Harassment Act (Chapter 256A).

Sections 20(1) to (7) of the Protection from Harassment (Amendment) Act 2019 will come into force on 1 April 2020.

2. All applications under sections 15, 15A, 15B, 15C, 15D, 15E, 16, 16A, 16AA, 16B or 16BA of the Protection from Harassment Act (Chapter 256A) shall, as from that date and until further notice, be filed in hard copy (3 sets) by the applicant or his solicitor at the Central Registry located at Level 2 of the State Courts.
