Designation of district judge as a tribunal judge for the Community Disputes Resolution Tribunals and tribunal magistrate for the Employment Claims Tribunals.

It is hereby notified for general information that the Presiding Judge of the State Courts has, pursuant to section 14(1)(b) of the Community Disputes Resolution Act 2015 (No. 7 of 2015) and section 9(5) of the Employment Claims Act 2016 (No. 21 of 2016), designated the District Judge named in the Schedule to be a tribunal judge for the Community Disputes Resolution Tribunals and tribunal magistrate for the Employment Claims Tribunals with effect from 4^th January 2021.
