Amendment No. 4 of 2021

With effect from 3 June 2021, the State Courts Practice Directions will be amended —

1. by inserting, immediately after Practice Direction 54 (Exhibits to affidavits), the following new Practice Direction 54A:
   New Practice Direction 54A

These amendments stipulate requirements in connection with the swearing, signing and attestation of affidavits through a live video or television link for purposes of Order 41, Rule 13 of the Rules of Court.
