Amendment No. 2 of 2022

The Family Justice Courts Practice Directions will be amended as follows with effect from 29 May 2022: -

(a) The existing sub-paragraph 30(1) will be deleted and replaced with the following sub-paragraph: Paragraph 30(1)

2. The amendment at 1(a) is to cater to infants in adoption proceedings who have been issued physical birth certificates in Singapore (before 29 May 2022) and from other jurisdictions.
