Amendment No. 2 of 2020

Amendment No. 2 of 2020 of the Practice Directions contains amendments to Part II, Part VI and Part XV of the Supreme Court Practice Directions. The amendments are summarised below:

amendments to paragraph 17 on Court dress;
introduction of new paragraph 56A on Giving of evidence by person outside Singapore through live video or live television link in any proceedings (other than proceedings in a criminal matter);
amendments to paragraph 121 on Applications to use the Technology Courts

The amendments will take effect on 20 July 2020 and will be reflected at https://epd.supremecourt.gov.sg/ from 20 July 2020.
