Amendment No. 2 of 2023 (Practice Directions 2013)

Amendments have been made to Parts I and II and Appendix H of the Supreme Court Practice Directions 2013. The amendments are summarised below:

(1) amendments to paragraph 7A on Business of the Registry;
(2) amendments to paragraph 26 on Filing directions to the Accountant-General for payment into and out of Court; and
(3) amendments to Appendix H: Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Senior Assistant Registrars, Divisional Registrars and Deputy Divisional Registrars.

2     The amendments will take effect on 1 July 2023 and will be reflected at https://epd.supremecourt.gov.sg/ from 1 July 2023.
