The Supreme Court building is ten years old!

Did you know that it has been ten years since the Supreme Court moved from our original court rooms in National Gallery Singapore to our current location at Supreme Court Lane? Are you keen to know more about the architecture of the Supreme Court building, the significance of the design and what it all means?

2. To commemorate the 10th year of the opening of the Supreme Court building, the Supreme Court will be collaborating with the National Gallery Singapore to conduct free guided tours for members of public in June 2016. Each tour will start with the old court rooms in the Gallery, followed by the facilities and court rooms in the current Supreme Court Building. Join us in discovering the significance behind the design of the current Supreme Court building. See for yourself how the court rooms and processes today are different from those in the past.

3. A total of 10 tours, each lasting one-and-a-half hours, will be conducted from 14 to 24 June 2016 (See table below for schedule and administrative details). Registration starts 20 minutes before the start of the tour at Parliament Place lobby at the National Gallery Singapore on a first-come-first-serve basis. Each tour admits 25 persons.
