COVID-19 Advisory for visitors to the State Courts
To minimise the time spent in crowded public spaces, we encourage you to use our website, e-services, call or write to us instead of visiting us, where possible.
As a precautionary measure, all visitors to the State Courts will be required to register with the SafeEntry system, complete a health declaration form and undergo temperature scanning at the entrance of the building.
Please adhere to the safe distancing measures put in place to minimise the risk of infection.

If any of the above applies, you should seek an adjournment for your court hearing or appointment via our online case management systems (refer to the e-Services below) or by emailing us. You will be required to provide the relevant documents such as the Home Quarantine Order, Stay-Home Notice or medical certificate, to support your request for the adjournment.

Re-opening of Library
From 1 December 2020, the Library will be open Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm. Due to safe distancing measures, the Library can only accommodate up to 20 persons at a time. Other safe distancing measures will also be in place to minimise the risk of COVID-19 transmission.
