With the extension of the circuit breaker period to further reduce transmission of COVID-19, the State Courts will continue to hear only essential and urgent matters from 5 May to 1 June 2020. All other matters will be adjourned.
Criminal and Regulatory matters
All non-essential and non-urgent matters scheduled to be heard from 5 May to 1 June 2020 will be adjourned. For essential and urgent cases, Registrar's Notices will be sent 5 business days in advance, informing parties of their new hearing dates.
Parties may login to the Integrated Case Management System (ICMS) for the status of their matters. A guide for this is available here (PDF, 641 KB).

Civil matters and State Courts Centre for Dispute Resolution (SCCDR) matters
For cases fixed from 5 May to 1 June 2020, Registrar’s Notices informing parties of their new hearing dates will be sent from 27 April to 4 May 2020. Parties can also view their new hearing dates on eLitigation by 5 May 2020.

Community Justice and Tribunals matters (CJTD)
For Protection from Harassment matters, Small Claims, Employment Claims and Community Disputes cases fixed from 5 May to 1 June 2020, parties can view their new hearing dates on eLitigation and the Community Justice and Tribunals System (CJTS) from 25 May 2020.
