Change in Integrated Case Management System URL

The Integrated Case Management System (ICMS) will be migrated to https://icms.judiciary.gov.sg with effect from Monday, 27 May 2024. As part of the migration exercise, the system will not be available from Friday, 24 May 8.00pm to Sunday, 26 May 11.59pm .

Due to the system migration, the State Courts Bail Centre will operate manually, and it will only process bail that is granted during the Court sitting on Saturday, 25 May. For bail orders made before 25 May, arrangements should be made for potential bailors to attend at the Bail Centre by Friday, 24 May or from Monday, 27 May.

There will be an automatic redirection from the old URL to the new URL until 31 August 2024. If you have previously bookmarked or saved the ICMS URL to your ‘favourites’, you may wish to update it to reflect the new URL.
