Amendment to Rules of Court 2021, Singapore International Commercial Court Rules 2021 and Family Justice Rules 2014

The Rules of Court 2021, Singapore International Commercial Court Rules 2021 and the Family Justice Rules 2014 have been amended to implement Singapore’s obligations under the Hague Convention of 15 November 1965 on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters (“Service Convention”) which entered into force for Singapore on 1 December 2023.
