The Family Justice Rules 2024 (FJR 2024) were gazetted on 16 September 2024 and came into operation on 15 October 2024.

The FJR 2024 replaces and revokes the Family Justice Rules 2014 (FJR 2014).
The saving and transitional provisions in FJR 2024 provide, among others, for the FJR 2014 to continue to apply to family proceedings, including appeals, filed before 15 October 2024.
