Legal help and support for family cases

Parties in family cases may seek help for their court proceedings. The court may appoint trained individuals for cases involving children.

Seek help for a tribunal/simplified POHA case: Community Courts and Tribunals Friend Scheme

If you need administrative or emotional support for a tribunal/simplified POHA case, you can apply for the court to approve a Community Courts and Tribunals Friend.

State Courts Centre for Specialist Services

The State Courts Centre for Specialist Services provides counselling and psychological services for court users who have a case heard in the State Courts.
